Infos and rules for participating teams
Each team is assigned a space of 6x6m meters.
If you need more space please send us an email and we will discuss the details with you.
One vehicle can be placed at this place.
The vehicle placed on site is not allowed to move from saturday 10.00 to Sunday 18:00 to prevent accidents with visitors.
VIP parking for vehicles of participants, judges and vendors is very close.
Electricity supply is located in the vicinity (<20 meters). each time will get 1.2 kW of electricity.
There are several water outlets at the competition area with hot and cold water.
Probably we will also have the Dishwasher caravan of 2017 again in 2018.
There is currently a maximum of 50 teams.
The setup is possible from Freiday morning to Saturday 11:00.
If you arrive before friday noon please send us a short email so that we can mark your space earlier.
Elecricity supplies will be available from Friday noon.
The surplus of the BBQ meats can be given away for free to visitors.
The selling of goods other than merchandising articles of the teams needs a written permission by the organizer.
Spaces for vendors of BBQ articles cen be rented also from the organizer, but are located apart from the participants to avoid any disturbances of the competition.
A shop for butcher supplies is only 100m away from the venue, a builders shop and two supermarkets are in the vicinity.
The next subay/metro station is 800m away.
The contest will be held under the rules and regulations of KCBS

Participation fee for the KCBS main categories: 220,- /250,-/280 Euro € including VAT** plus 50,- Euro deposit*
Dessert fee: 20 Euro including VAT**
*) The deposit will be returned after the contest when your place is left clean.
**) Companies with an EU VAT ID from outside Austria will get an invoice without VAT
so the payable amount is 183,34 Euro, 208,34 Euro, 233,34 Euro (Dessert 16,67 Euro)
Registration is final, payment has to be done at the time of registration in the eventbrite Ticket-App.
Due to negative experiences the registration has been changed.
All registrations are final. The payment has to be made at the time of registration.
No refunds can be made, but it is possible to nominate a replacement team that can use your place.
The organiter will decide of the replacement team is accepted!
